Doing big craft shows like this can be exhausting, but they are a lot of fun. I had a great booth space, and had fun with some new display ideas. The crowds were big and my sales were up a whopping 40% from last year! This was my second year at the festival, so I had some return customers. I always try to give a show a couple of shots before deciding if it works for me. I almost always have higher sales the second year, if it's a good fit. I'll definitely be back next year.
These three sweet sisters each got a LOVE hoody. It happened to be overcast and cold the entire weekend. Good weather for selling hoodies!
As usual it was a baby parade. Lots of little ones tried on the Owl Hats.
And I actually sold out! My mission this summer, is to hang out by the pool and crochet owl hats. That way, I won't feel guilty about chillin' in the sunshine. That is if we ever have sunshine. It has been "May Gray" as the weather guy calls it, which is usually followed by "June Gloom" in these parts. There's always July to look forward to!
